'Best Price' 

We only show the price of an item on this Website in the following circumstances:-

• A Special or one off Item.
• A second hand item.
• A unique item with no competition.

For the following reasons:-

• To encourage shopping for quality rather than price.
• To establish  rapport with the prospective customer. 
• To discourage undercutting.

At the top of each page there is a  'Best' price button..
By using this you are ensured of the best possible service and Floor price.

Use the "Best Price" button at the top of the page and give the Make, Type, Model & Reference number of the item you are interested in.

Online Store.

Some items may be purchased on-line. There are buttons "Go to Shop" on the tool bars.
Payment is made through 'Pay Pal' and is very secure. We accept "Visa" & "Master Cards".

VIC - Very Important Customer.

There is a link on the left drop menu which takes you to a Form where you apply to be a
 'Very Important Customer'.
Being a VIC entitles you to preferential treatment, best prices and service.
You will need the Serial Number, Make and Model of any machines that you have purchased from our Group.

Screen resolution

The Screen resolution because of the vast number of different size and shaped screens these days, 100% setting no longer works. To adjust your screen for thr best look use keyboard buttons:-
Ctrl 0 = Default setting,  Ctrl + = Bigger,  Ctrl - =Smaller. F11 = Full screen.
The Browser will remember the setting for any particular Site. We recommend Fire-Fox.

Restricted trading area.

Some manufacturers restrict their dealers to certain areas. This is to encourage people to deal in their own area supporting the local service-dealer. In these cases the goods must be collected from the shop, or delivered by the shop.

Warning to Overseas Viewers

We  receive inquiries from America concerning some of our stock.

Whilst we are pleased that you are taking the time to look at our pages, we must point out that the products are only available within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands at reasonable cost.

You can obtain the same, or similar items in Europe or America for less money, and the freight would make any import from New Zealand un-economic.
